Privacy policy

Privacy, safety and trust.

Last updated May 18, 2026. This plain-English policy is written to match Pippa's current product and whitepaper guardrails.

The short version: Pippa does not sell your health data, does not use your cycle or food data for ads, and gives you control over what you share.

What Pippa Is

Pippa is general wellness and weight-management support. It helps you log food, understand targets, and add optional cycle context. It is not medical advice, a medical device, a fertility app, or a treatment for any condition.

Data We Collect

We collect the information needed to run the app: email sign-in, onboarding answers, food logs, nutrition targets, weight entries, optional cycle dates and check-ins, saved meals, privacy settings, consent records, and support messages you choose to send.

Sensitive Data

Food, weight, body, cycle, health-adjacent, symptom, and meal photo data are treated as sensitive. Pippa does not sell health data and does not use food or cycle data for ads.

Consent

Cycle context, health integrations, AI image analysis, meal photo retention, and community profile creation require clear consent before use. You can turn optional consent off from Settings.

Meal Photos And AI

AI estimates are starting points that you can edit. Meal photos are not retained unless you explicitly consent to retention for a clear product benefit.

Sharing

The current app does not publish your private tracking data. Food, weight, cycle, and body data stay private unless a future sharing feature asks for clear opt-in consent.

Export And Delete

You can export your Pippa data and delete your account from Settings. Account deletion removes associated personal data unless Pippa is legally required to retain a limited record.

Children

Pippa is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
